William BURRILL of Carlsmoor dated 1887

This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Burrill of Carlsmoor near Kirkby
Malzeard in the County of York Yeoman I revoke all former Wills I appoint my nephews
Leonard Peter Burrill and Peter Leonard Burrill to be the executors and together with
my nephew William John Burrill the trustees of this my Will

I bequeath to my said nephew William John Burrill if he shall accept the office of
trustee a legacy of £20 for his trouble

I give to my wife an annuity of £30 during her life to be paid to her by quarterly
payments the first payment to be considered due at my decease and I direct
that my said wife should reside in my present dwelling house and have the use
and enjoyment of my furniture and other effects therein during her life

I give to my brother John Burrill an annuity of £10 during his life to be paid to
him by equal quarterly payments the first payment to be made at the expiration
of 3 calendar months after my death And subject to the payment of all my just
debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the aforesaid legacy and annuities

I devise all my messuages lands and hereditaments wheresoever situate and of
whatever tenure and I bequeath all my money and securities for money farming
stock crops household furniture and all other personal estate to my said two
nephews Leonard Peter Burrill and Peter Leonard Burrill and their heirs
executors administrators and assigns respectively in equal shares as tenants in
common

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of July 1887 in
the presence of the undersigned witnesses

William Burrill

Signed by the said William Burrill in the joint presence of us who immediately
thereupon attest the same in his and in each other’s presence the word “fifteen”
having been first struck out in ink and the word “ten” interlined
