This is the last will and testament of me William BRADLEY of Carlsmoor in the parish of Kirkby Malzeard in the county of York, yeoman.

First I order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor hereinafter named.

Also I give unto my dearly beloved wife the sum of ten pounds a year to be paid quarterly during her natural life. Also a further twenty pounds at my decease or when she pleases to call for it.

Also I give unto my three daughters Elizabeth TOMLINSON Jane UMPLEBY and Dorothy WOOD each of them a feather bed with bedding as my wife think proper at my decease.

Also I give unto my daughter Ann PROCTER two feather beds with bedding at my decease. Also I give unto my said daughter Ann PROCTER the sum of thirty pounds at my decease likewise a further sum of forty pounds six months after the decease of my wife to her or her heirs executors administrators or assigns.

Also I give unto my son William BRADLEY a mahogany table.

All the rest of my household furniture I give unto my wife and my daughter Ann PROCTER to be equally divided between them

Also I give unto my son William BRADLEY all the rest of my personal effects whatsoever or wheresoever to him his heirs executors administrators or assigns.

Lastly I appoint my said son whole and sole executor of this my last will revoking all will or wills at any time made by me but still my will and mind is that my said son will find sureties for the performance of this my will to the legatees

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and sixteen
